Frequently Asked Questions

Loggia is an experimental Beta platform. There are a number of known bugs and user interface issues that are still being developed. We welcome all feedback and will include any unknown issues to our development log.

TIPS:

1) Avatar look, movements and positioning are not yet refined.

2) Environment will freeze momentarily when models, images, and videos load in the environment. SUGGESTION: Wait for the majority of the assets to load before walking through Loggia.

3) Copying and Pasting: If copying an address from your Mango Wallet, click the copy icon in the Mango Wallet, proceed to click the field in the other interaction pop up you wish to paste, and click the paste "button" beneath the interaction pop up you are pasting to. You may not see a cursor when you click the field you are pasting to.

4) Avoid rapid and sporadic movements/clicking of interaction pop ups and assets.

5) If having a persistent issue, close the app and log back in.

Loggia currently supports digital assets made on the Ravencoin blockchain that utilize IPFS has their means of content hosting. The most compatible IPFS hosting service for Loggia is RavencoinIPFS. Click HERE to make a RavencoinIPFS account. 

All assets that are displayed in Loggia must be viewable with the MangoFarmAssets.com viewer. To check if your asset is compatible, search for it by enter the asset's name HERE

Yes! Loggia features "Private Rooms" that enable up to 8 people at once. Private Rooms enables users to speak, mute themselves, and mute others. Currently, this functionality is restricted and access must be granted by the Loggia Team.

To prove you own a respective asset, download a core wallet or wallet that enables a user to "sign" from an address. To see how to sign from your address see the section below the FAQ for a how to image.

Assets should try and keep its file size and polygon count as low as possible. Large files can cause slow loading and potential crashing. We suggest keeping assets under 25MB.
